From My heart to Yours

To empower women to remember their innate wisdom and reclaim their sovereignty through connection to nature, cycle education, and personalized support.

My Vision

My Values

Remembrance

Remembrance is returning to what has always been here. The wisdom of our ancestors, the cycles of the moon, the medicine of plants, the power of women and mothers. This path is not about inventing something new, but about stripping away the noise until only what is essential remains. In remembrance, simplicity is revealed, the knowing that our bodies, our earth, and our lineages already hold the truth.

Connection

Connection is the medicine of belonging. To gather in community, to share stories, to weave together resources and gifts, this is how we thrive. Connection doesn’t require sameness, only presence, openness, and the willingness to remember we are never alone. The beauty is in its simplicity: sitting in circle, sharing a cup of tea, finding home again in each other and in the land.

Empowerment

Empowerment comes through awareness, learning our options, honoring our intuition, and reclaiming the innate wisdom of the body. It is simple acts, placing bare feet on the ground, learning which herbs grow nearby, tracking the cycles of the womb, that awaken a profound sense of possibility. Empowerment is remembering that when we know, we can choose, and in choosing, we become free.

Sovereignty

Sovereignty is the reclamation of our inner authority. It’s remembering that we hold the wisdom of our bodies, our choices, and our lives. Through reconnecting to nature and to ourselves, we return to that grounded self-assurance, knowing that we are capable, whole, and free. Sovereignty is both the path and the destination: walking in harmony with the earth and standing in our own truth.

A Return to the Wisdom of the Womb

Many women arrive here feeling confused by their cycles, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure why symptoms persist despite “doing everything right.”

If you’ve ever felt like your body stopped making sense, or that your womb has gone quiet, you are not alone.

I work with women who feel the pull to reconnect with their cycles, their fertility, and their inner knowing, women who sense that their womb is not broken, but asking to be listened to.

My Path Back to the Body

I grew up a wild child of the natural world.
Throughout my life my mom would often wake me up around before dawn to watch the sun rise. Life was always a beautiful adventure. My parents taught me early on that life moves in rhythms and cycles, and that those rhythms matter.

As I grew older modern pressures of liberation took hold and I asked to be put on birth control at the young age of 15. I saw it as an empowering way to be in charge of my own body. What I didn’t yet understand was that I was also disconnecting from my natural cycles, and from the wisdom of my womb.

Over the years, my body began to speak through symptoms: persistent acne, recurring UTIs, and a bone injury that took over a year to heal. I tried multiple forms of birth control, hoping one would finally feel right. None of them did.

At eighteen, I stopped taking hormonal birth control entirely. Instead of relief, my period disappeared. My symptoms intensified. My skin worsened, my body felt deeply dysregulated, and my natural lubrication dried up, leading to painful sex and a profound loss of trust in my body.

I felt disconnected, confused, and cut off from my intuition.
Yet beneath it all, there was a quiet knowing: something has to change.

Remembering the Language of the Cycle

That knowing marked the beginning of my reconnection.

I began studying hormones, menstrual cycles, nutrition, and herbal medicine, not from a place of fixing, but from a desire to understand. Slowly, through working with food, plants, and cycle awareness, my body began to respond.

Eventually, my period returned.

With it came a deep realization: my body had never been broken, I had simply stopped listening.

As my learning deepened, so did my relationship with nature. At twenty, I moved to Santa Cruz and created space for a slower, more cyclical way of living. I studied herbalism and farming more seriously, and oriented my life around seasonal and menstrual rhythms. My cycle continued to regulate. My body softened. My sense of inner authority returned.

Listening became my medicine.

Why I Do This Work

I believe the womb is not just a reproductive organ, it is a center of intuition, creativity, and truth.

Our collective disconnection from nature mirrors our disconnection from our bodies. As humans have been taught to suppress, override, or outsource their inner wisdom, health challenges, imbalances, and chronic symptoms have increased.

If we don’t know our options, we don’t truly have choice.

Learning the body, especially the cyclical body, is how we reclaim sovereignty.

Since reclaiming my own health, I’ve supported friends and sisters in transitioning off hormonal birth control, reconnecting with their cycles, learning herbal medicine, and restoring trust in their wombs and bodies.

This work is not about control.
It is about relationship.

If something in these words feels familiar, you are welcome here.

You don’t need to be fixed.
You don’t need to push harder.
You may simply need support remembering how to listen.
